Mr. and Mrs. Mack Leland McConnell

Brittany Danielle Miller and Mack Leland McConnell Jr. were united in marriage at 4 p.m. on May 9 at the Wetzel County 4-H Grounds in New Martinsville. The Rev. Harry Myers officiated the double-ring ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Babette and Jon Boyd of New Martinsville and Robert Miller of New Martinsville.

Parents of the groom are Mack and Susan McConnell of Sardis.

Other attendants were Kara Adkins, Sarah Haught, Samantha Sherves, Michelle Powell, Jordan Mullet, Anna Chenoweth, Chris Miller, Matthew Miller, D.J. Shepperd, Toby Luman, Josh Cecil, Kenny Powell, Jessie Miller, Jacob Miller, Jason Miller, and Chase Miller.

A reception was held at the Mollohan Center.

The bride is a graduate of Magnolia High School and is attending West Virginia Northern Community College. She is employed by Midway Healthcare and Burger King.

The groom is a graduate of River High School. He attended Belmont Technical College and he is employed at McDonald’s and is a volunteer fire fighter and waiting admission to the D.C Fire Department.

After a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, the couple will reside in New Martinsville for now.
