On March 27 in the evening on North Main Street in New Martinsville, my grandson’s Jack Russell dog was run over and killed, the driver of this vehicle didn’t even stop to see if they could help or see whose dog this was.

In this world today are people so inconsiderate they don’t have feelings for someone’s pet which are like a family member? This dog was well known in the area and loved adults and children.

He even made it on TV last year running after the kids at a track meet at Magnolia.

Toby was a high spirited Dog and he’s gone, but not forgotten.
