Mr. and Mrs. Justin Patrick Lowe

Amy Lynn Lilley and Justin Patrick Lowe were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m., Oct. 4, 2008, at Simpson United Methodist Church, Moundsville, with the Rev. Teresa Markins officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Larry and Phyllis Lilley of Moundsville. The groom is the son of Bob and Beth Lowe of New Martinsville.

Heather Lilley, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. David Tallman served as best man.

Other attendants were Heather Markonich, Connie Miller, Allison Conway, Josh Miller, Richey Pefferman, Matt Estep, Annabelle Sanderson, and Sean Wooleyhand.

A reception was held at the White Palace ballroom, Wheeling Park.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of John Marshall High School, a 2004 graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, and a 2006 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. She is employed by Rankin Physical Therapy, Berkley Springs, W.Va.

The groom is a 2000 graduate of Magnolia High School, a 2004 graduate of Marietta College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training, and a 2006 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. He is employed at Quad Graphics as a Physical Therapist in its Quad Med Division, Martinsburg, W.Va.

After a wedding trip to the Smoky Mountains, the couple now resides in Martinsburg.
