Matthew James McGuire and Nicole Marie January

Announcement is made of the engagement and upcoming marriage of Matthew James McGuire and Nicole Marie January.

Matt is the son of Jim and Robyn McGuire of Clarington. He is a 1999 graduate of River High School and also graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology in 2005 from West Liberty State College. Matt is currently employed by Symrise Inc, in Elyria, Ohio, as a QC Lab Technician.

Nicole is the daughter of Timothy January and his wife Sherry of Fly and Nancy Rodgers and her husband Gary of South Carolina. Nicole is a 2000 graduate of River High School. She also graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Waynesburg College and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Wheeling Jesuit University. She is a Physical Therapist and is currently employed by Jackson Therapy Partners in Cleveland Ohio.

A Sept. 5 wedding is planned.
