Jamie Marie Tennant and Jeffrey Robert Pistor

Tom and Mary Tennant of New Martinsville and Tonyia Henderson of Proctor announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie Marie Tennant, to Jeffrey Robert Pistor, son of Robert and Janis Pistor of East Fishkill, N.Y.

The bride is the granddaughter of Lahoma Tennant of Paden City. She is a 1996 graduate of Paden City High School and a 2002 graduate of West Virginia University with a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently employed by Baltimore County Public Schools.

The groom is a 1996 graduate of John Jay High School in East Fishkill, N.Y., and a 2000 graduate of Clarkson University with a degree in interdisciplinary engineering and management. He is currently employed with Shire Pharmaceuticals in Baltimore, Md.

The wedding is planned for April 4, 2009, at Babcock Presbyterian Church in Baltimore, Md.
