I was just curious if anyone else has noticed the two helicopters every late afternoon or evening daily flying over PC. One is white with 2 rotors, and seems to have a hook (or something) hanging from it. The other usually closely follows and is black (no hook.) They both fly pretty low. Just curious if anyone knows what this is all about? They're not hurting anything, but my wife and I just noticed and were curious. Any ideas? They don't appear to have any writing on the side.
