my freind lives in the villas and they pay rent and have not been on dhhr services in 2 years and was only receiving food stamps for 1 year prior, they had a job lay off that ended them there.now they fear the residents are comitting horrible crimes. ,drugs being sold to teens and gas workers and out of towners as their dealers. guns have been spotted and constant all day and all night drug deals and fights. kids and babies out at 2 to 6 am! something needs to be done! cops get called but no apartments checked!
