It was said that if we allow outsiders to come in & rape our land & resources, that there would be a lot of jobs for locals. Funny thing is, Wetzel County is right in the middle of this "gas boom" & we still have the highest unemployment in the state. Where are all the jobs? Sure, Boo Litman is getting rich. The local motels as well...why, b/c the out of towners are getting all the good jobs. That's the way these companies work. They come in, throw money around & promise jobs. Then, once they've moved in, reality sinks in. We've been had once again.
