im a parent and I pickup my child everyday from new martinsville Elementry and it seems like everyday is a fight to just park.its so bad sometimes that people even block each other and then leave their vehicles. and i even seen people go out of the one way entrance and cut each other off in the oneway exit....whats going on? why doesnt a staff member or policeman direct traffic at least in afternoons? in Mornings its block the red light also. its CRAZY! anyone else have a thought on this?
