Earnest Edward Francis, 32, was last seen around 9 p.m. Wednesday 5/4/11. His vehicle was located by police on Hydro Drive ,But Francis was no where to be found. He is described as 5- feet 10, 190 pounds, red hair & blue eyes. Francis was last seen wearing black jeans, a green & black flannel shirt & a tank top with sandals.
