Regarding the new Crown Vics to be purchased, wouldn't it make sense for officers to use bikes, heck, even motorcycles in the spring/summer/early fall???? NM is not a big area, and definitely not in need of a large SUV (more suited for the rural patrolling done by WCSO). It seems as though it works fine for Wheeling and others departments.
