There hasn't been discussion by Pine Grove officials in the last 15 years as far as I'm aware of, for a plan to evacuate Pine Grove in the event of a disaster which could come from the Hasting facilities. Helen Amos, Les's wife, brought me papers 15 years ago stating what I should do in case the Hasting Plant blew up. Councilman Brown was instrmmental in having hhe evacuation procedures delineated and explained to each citizen of the town.
