Just curious if anyone else finds it odd that Bev Gibb was named employee of the year by the city of New Martinsville? This happened just months after Bruce Pool failed inspections and was forced to close for this season and maybe forever. The wading pool at Lewis Wetzel will also be non-operational this season ... and the miniature golf course is bordering on becoming an eye sore. Isn't this lady the head of all of these things?
