Has anyone noticed a woman who was banned (in Ohio) from having anymore animals and she moves to West Virginia only to acquire more horses and now, after getting these animals, they(at least 4-5 that I was made aware of) are found dead, starved and kept in a barn where there is no mucking done for almost a year and she has these poor creatures in there?! Is there anyone out on Whiteman Hill that has noticed this? The sheriff and police have been asked to help but are not completely doing everything they need to to get this woman fined, prosecuted, etc. and there are even rescues that will help, but b/c the law apparently are not completing their part in getting a warrant and seizure, these animals suffer and die! WHY???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
