Are the employees of Mid Valley ,REM and STATE DAY PROGRAMS not required to do Drug Testing? Having personally witnessed drug use and dealing by a number of these employees on their working hours,I can only assume they don't have a testing requirement.One can only wonder at what qualifications these companies use to base their hiring of these individuals for such important jobs.
