Why do adults have to ruin Little League for the kids? Why don't the "COACHES" want to use these rule books? I believe the adults are unhappy with their childhood. They must be, They're trying to relive their youth through the kids. They can't use "LITTLE LEAGUE" Rule books because they make use kids from your own town. Paden City uses 3 Towns for their 9-10's. The New Martinsville Coach last year should have been made to watch the other 2 New Martinsville teams play every game. All in the NAME OF WINNING, WHAT A SHAME!!!!!
