The Pine Grove Library Board of Directors has been an elusive group for the last 5 months. I have business with them, and they know that, but it seems that they don't want hear it, don't think they have to and has done nothing to facilitate my access to their public meetings. If they had one public meeting in the last five months the must have snuck it in behind my back. I think they do their work over the phone or somewhere else-most recently certainly not in the light of day.
