THIS MESSAGE IS TO LET THE PUBLIC KNOW of the communication between these entities. At best, it is poor and potentially dangerous. If you or your loved one use their services please know that 1) the Doctor's prescription(s) called to a pharmacy does not reach the pharmacy in a timely manner. 2) Scheduling between the Doctor's office and the hospital - we have found they do not follow each other resulting in confusion to the patient 3) The Doctor's public phone line is always busy and 4) Doctor's staff is overwhelmed resulting in poor attention to details starting from the top down. We make this claim and eventual complaint to the State Ethics Board based on experience.
