The Magnolia Blue Eagles scored four runs in the second inning, but the South Harrison Hawks spoiled the Eagles home-opener with nine runs on 10-hits, while holding and held the Eagles scoreless the rest of the way to get the 9-4 win March 25.

Nick Priem and Dylan Conner each had a pair of hits, while Leo Herrick and Patrick Mirandy each smacked doubles to pace the Magnolia bats.

Eli Nice took the loss from the mound, struck-out one, while Jake Gamble finished, struck-out three and walked four.
