Escorted and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an original ivory strapless ball gown from Allure Bridals Couture, which featured a unique sweetheart neckline and corseted bodice embellished with embroidery and Swarovski crystals. The full skirt and train had soft pick-up details accented with flowers and feathers. The bride’s fingertip veil was accented with rhinestones and crystals and complimented by a diamond tiara, as something borrowed from her sister, Monica, which she wore in her wedding. The bride carried a bouquet of ivory garden roses accented with feathers and crystals.

Monica Manning of Columbus, Ohio, served as matron of honor for her sister. Bridesmaids were Jessie Henegar of Morgantown, friend of the bride; Meaghan Cochrane-Morton of Manhattan, Kan.; Megan Elder of New York City, N.Y., both childhood friends of the bride; and Emily Gray of Bridgeport, W.Va., sister of the bridegroom. The bridal attendants wore high-low dresses of sapphire blue chiffon with one shoulder of roses accented with rhinestones. They carried tropical colored bouquets of roses, ranunculus, orchids, and lisianthus. Flower girl was Catey Hunter of Cranberry, Pa., cousin of the groom. She wore an ivory organza dress with chiffon overlay that pocketed purple flower petals at the hemline and accented with a purple satin belt and sash.

Best man was Jon Morehouse of Bridgeport, W.Va., friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Catlin Buckley of Baltimore, Md.; Dirk Athey of Bridgeport, W.Va.; and Cameron Jougras of Clarksburg, friends of the groom; and Mark Manning, of Columbus, Ohio, brother-in-law of the bride. The groomsmen wore black tuxedos with sapphire blue vests and bowties. Myles Manning of Columbus, was ring bearer, and his little brother, Maxton, carried a sign announcing the arrival of their Aunt Maradith. Myles wore a black tuxedo with ivory vest and bow tie to match the groom’s attire. Maxton wore a black and white short set with suspenders and cabbie hat.

The Beatles theme wedding music was provided by Chanler Bailey on the steel drums. Family was seated to the song “Something”; the bridal party entered to “Here Comes the Sun”, presentation of bride with her parents was “In My Life”, “I Will” was played during the lighting of the unity candle, and the recessional song was “All You Need is Love”. The steel drum music continued at the pre-reception in the Alumni Hall. Afterward, guests were then escorted to the Grand Ruby Hall for the plated dinner reception and dance. Bonnie Bell Pastries of Nutter Fort, W.Va., created the couple’s five-tier wedding cake, each layered with a different flavor. It was adorned with cascading flowers matching the bridal party’s tropical bouquets and topped with a rhinestone “G”. Music entertainment was then provided by Funomenon Music of Morgantown, and photography by Rebecca DeVono Studios.

The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner on the eve of the wedding at Oliverio’s Restaurant in Morgantown, for the wedding party and their guests.

The newlyweds enjoyed a week-long honeymoon in Jamaica, before returning to their residence in Bridgeport, W.Va.
