The Ebert Brothers Family and Friends will appear in concert Saturday, March 8, at the Lincoln Theatre in New Martinsville, beginning at 7 p.m.
Special guests will include Sandy Lusco of New Freeport, Pa., who specializes in music that ministers and entertains audiences, from children to seniors.
Guests also will include Randy Slater, Ben Tharp and Common Ground, along with regulars Dana, Alan, Ron, Gary, Ray, Todd, Pat, Teresa, Mark Poe, and Patches. Emcee for the event will be Carman Harman, with lighting by Donna Earley and sound by Pat Henderson.
Lusco is making her second appearance with the Ebert Brothers. She began her musical career at the age of 10 and by age 13 she was writing and singing country and gospel music in schools and churches.
Slater, from Marietta, Ohio, also has been with the show before and always does a great job of entertaining with impersonations of Willie Nelson. Common Ground, an all-female ensemble of Vicki Glasscock, Mary Childers, and Jessica Stine, has appeared in schools and various events in the area.
Tharp is a veteran of Ebert Brothers Shows and also leader of his own group, the popular Tharp Brothers Bluegrass Band. Advance tickets are available at Witschey's for $7. Admission at the door is $8.
