St. John 57, Lady Hornets 30

Paige Shriver paced Hundred with eight markers that included a pair of baskets from beyond the arc. Emily Rine provided six points and Madeline Goff swished a triple, while Meliah Umstead netted a deuce and a free throw. Bishop Donahue 35, Paden City 28

Down 16-27 at the break, the Lady ‘Cats rallied in the second half to outscore Bishop Donahue 35-28. But it wasn’t strong enough to stave off a Lady Bishop 56-51 win Jan. 20 at Benwood.

Myah Charkawi tallied 20 points, including a basket from downtown, and added 11-14 at the free throw line to lead the ‘Cats in scoring. Cydney Blatt contributed 15 markers, while Taylor Cosper and Kayla Barker each provided five points.
