To The Editor,
I’m writing concerning the Green Lawn Cemetery. I went there to put flowers on my husband’s grave. The grass was growing over top of the marker; it needed mowed and weed-eated badly. All markers were covered with grass. There used to be a man there that worked to keep the cemetery beautiful-mowed and weed-eated. I guess the woman that runs it doesn’t want to pay anyone.
The day I was there, there was one boy or man mowing. Better get more help, or it will grow up like a pasture field. I hope it will improve by spring.
