July 3, 2013
Wetzel Chronicle

The River High School cheerleading camp, held June 24-29 at Hannibal Elementary School, was a huge success for the 65 campers and 11 cheerleaders who attended.

Meeting from 5-8 p.m. daily, campers worked on cheering routines, sideline cheers, dance, and gymnastics. The campers also provided entertainment on the last day of camp with a dance and cheering routine for family and friends at the newly-renovated R.L. Potts Gymnasium on Friday.

The campers worked hard and had fun. Snacks and refreshments were served throughout the camp.
