Headley Receives Home Confinement

By Staff | Feb 27, 2013

Roger Lee Headley, 30, of HC 60, Box 9BB, New Martinsville, pleaded guilty Friday to conspiracy to deliver oxycodone. For this offense, Headley has been sentenced to serve one to 15 years in the West Virginia State Penitentiary for Men, with credit for six days already served.

However, the execution of that sentence was suspended and Headley will instead serve one year of home incarceration with work release. After one year, Headley will then be released on parole under the supervision of Chief Probation Officer John D. Lantz.

Per the terms of the agreement, Headley is also to stay away from the New Martinsville Villa complex and pay $45.95 in restitution to the West Virginia State Police for monies used in their investigation of him.

Originally, on Oct. 19, Headley had entered a plea of not guilty to the one count indictment.
