Rine, Kenneth Madison, 77, died August 10, 2012, at 9 p.m. at Hospice of the Valley in Mesa, Ariz.
Final resting place will be Grafton National Cemetery in Grafton, W.Va., with full Military honors to be held on Sept. 6 at 1 p.m. (day and time subject to change).
