Board Approves Personnel Changes

The following retirements, resignations, and employment changes were approved at Monday night's meeting of the Wetzel County Board of Education.

Resignations

Lance L. Binegar, acceptance of resignation from position as Assistant Football Coach at Magnolia High School, effective immediately.

Cheri D. Brown, acceptance of resignation from position as Supervisory Teacher Aide at Short Line School, effective immediately.

Tricia J. Chute, acceptance of resignation from position as ESL/Spanish Teacher, half-time at New Martinsville School, effective July 13.

Kelli E. Goddard, acceptance of resignation from position as Substitute Supervisory Teacher Aide, effective immediately.

Thomas L. LaRue, acceptance of resignation from contracted services position as Countywide Handyman (Summer Position), effective immediately.

Brea McCreary, approval for employment as Countywide Speech and Language Pathologist, based at Short Line School, effective beginning of the 2012-2013 school year.

Brittany D. Jackson, approval for change in assignment from Countywide Substitute Teacher to Fifth Grade Teacher at Long Drain School, effective beginning of the 2012-2013 school year.

Kimberly L. Nelson, approval for change in assignment from Fifth Grade Teacher at Long Drain School to Third Grade Teacher at Short Line School, beginning of the 2012-2013 school year.

Meredith L. Pilant, approval for change in assignment from the Reduction-In-Force/ Preferred Recall List to Kindergarten Teacher at Short Line School, effective beginning of the 2012-2013 school year.
