From Mary Tennant

July 11, 2012
Wetzel Chronicle

I live on 8 Mile Ridge. Due to the severe storm we had June 29, thousands of people and businesses were out of electricity and phone service. I want to thank God for all those servicemen working around the clock to restore our service. They need our thanks and God's blessings. I want to thank everyone, personally my family and friends for bringing me water and ice. It was greatly appreciated - I had oil lamps for lights. It took me back to the many years ago when all I knew was oil lamps, then gas lights. We've come a long way.

Thank you Monongahela Power, Frontier, and friends for your good work. May God Bless you all.

P.S. And all the companies involved, thank you so much.
