The Wetzel County Relay For Life, held Friday on Magnolia High School's track, set new records on just about every level. While they will do a final collections tally with team captains Monday, they are sure to surpass their $105,000 goal. As of now they have gathered $103,000 in the fight against cancer and a $10,000 grant should be on its way to add to the total. It was also one of the best attended relays in Wetzel County to date and a record 3,000 luminaries in honor and memory of loved ones touched by cancer circled the track.
