The board’s approximate budget for the project is about $200,000, but resurfacing of Magnolia’s track will cause the amount to increase $30,000 to $40,000 above the estimated budget. Repair of the track cost $17,500 in 2008; resurfacing of the track will be more than $60,000.

The board also discussed matters pertaining to the training of employees in the WebIS data processing system and the possible job posting of a position in data processing.
