Alyssa Marie Henry and Tony Lee Huggins announce their engagement.
Henry is the daughter of G.H. and Janet Henry of Moundsville. She is a 2003 graduate of John Marshall and a 2006 graduate of Scott College of Cosmetology. She is the manager of Fiesta Salons in Wheeling and a licensed Zumba instructor at the Chambers YMCA.
Huggins is the son of Mark and Scheri Huggins of Wileyville. He is a 1994 graduate of Magnolia High School. He served in the Army Reserves from 1993 until 2001. He is a 1998 graduate from Salem-Teikyo University with a B.S. in Public/Community Health and also a 2003 graduate of WVU with a Masters in Business Administration. He is employed at Ormet Corp. as a supervisor.
