The Rev. Barry and Pam Moll of Elkins, W.Va., are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their eldest daughter, Emily Jean, of Morgantown, W.Va.,, to John Anthony "Tony" Roush, also of Morgantown. Tony is the son of Tina Staats of Grain Valley, Mo., and John Roush of Parkersburg, W.Va. He is the step-son of Melinda Roush of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Tim Staats of Belpre, Ohio.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Edith and Dale Shaffer of Mannington, W.Va., and Karl and Janet Moll of Elkins. She is a 2002 graduate of Paden City High School, Paden City. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from West Virginia University, where she is employed by the Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism as Advising Coordinator.
Tony is the grandson of Rose Epling and the late Bruce Epling, Mr. and Mrs. Greg Mulligan, the late Alice and Paul Leighton Roush, and the late Mary Dailey. He is a 2002 graduate of Lewis County High School in Weston, W.Va. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Administration degrees from West Virginia University, where he is employed by the WVU Department of Medicine as a Program Coordinator.
