My letter is about discrimination and offensive gestures and the such. With all I hear about sex offenses and assaults and the such, which by nature are serious issues, I ask: What is gossip?

Is gossip and slander not also an offense? By nature an offense against one's character? Whether intended intentionally or a direct attack or not, is it not a personal offense or assault? Just the same as a sex offense or any assault? And what is the word lunatic? What kind of disruptions are these? And what is one's rights to discriminate against or assault another verses the others? And to what degree are these intended to offend? These questions I do ask.

What is it with our justice system. One can accuse another of such as a sex offense and degrade him and slander his name and then be dismissed by the courts? These questions I do ask. As free American citizens, are we a responsible society? With the rights to have the privilege of freedom of speech? What is being responsible?
