Ms. Phan is a graduate of the State University of Geneseo with a bachelor of arts in Psychology. She is currently continuing her education to obtain her Masters in Social Work at Binghamton University.
Isaac is a graduate of Fairmont State University with a bachelor of arts in secondary education. He is a second class Petty Officer currently serving as an Engineering Laboratory Technician in the United States Navy, aboard the USS Louisiana stationed out of Bangor, Wash.
A September wedding is planned in Owego, N.Y.
