Jury returns 19 true bills

The grand jury returned 19 true bills for the October 2010 term. Sabastian J.E. Rosenlieb, 20 of 431 North Railroad, Ave., Sistersville, was indicted on three felony charges against him. He was charged with one count of escape from the custody of a Law Enforcement Officer; one count of attempting to disarm a Law Enforcement Officer and one count of battery on a Governmental Representative. Brittany J. Noland, 25, of 1250 North Street, Rt. 2 Apt. 27 New Martinsville, was indicted on four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of driving while license suspended or revoked, first offense. Paul E. Hommer, III, 24, of R.R. 2 Box 23D, New Martinsville, was indicted on a count one of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Veronica K. Myers, 43, of 200 Locust Street, Friendly, was indicted on a count one of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Christopher L. Lewis, 21, of 111 Burt Street, Sistersville, was indicted on a count one of attempt to acquire possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, deception, forgery or subterfuge. Roger D. Vancamp, 58, of 3702 Tyler Highway, Sistersville, was indicted on one count for failure to register as a sexual offender, three counts of sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust, two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of felon in possession of firearms. Steven E. Loy, 33, of Rt. 2 Box 281, New Martinsville, was indicted on one count for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Brian C. Jenkins, 32, of 438 Powell St., St. Marys, was indicted on one count for burglary and two counts of grand larceny. Timothy J. Judge, 29, of 302 Tyler Highway, Sistersville, was indicted on one count for failure to register as a sexual offender. Donald A. Bassett, 25, of 1749 Oil Ridge Road, Sistersville, was indicted on three counts of forgery and seven counts of uttering. They are to appear before Judge David W. Hummel, Jr. at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28.
