Blackburns Mark 60th Anniversary

Don and Annie (Largen) Blackburn wish to announce the celebration of their 60th anniversary on June 18.

They will celebrate at home in New Martinsville with their children Christian A. and Donald Lee and his wife Miranda.

They have one grandson, Anthony, who lives in Oklahoma.

Don worked for Alcoa in Maryville, Tenn. before moving to West Virginia to work for Ormet in the mid-1950s. He is now retired, but owns Cash and More Pawn Shop, which the family manages.

Annie is retired as owner and manager of a Sears merchant store.

They are members of the New Martinsville United Methodist Church where they participated in the church choir for more than 50 years.

Don is an active golf player and has taken up being a pilot once again as a hobby. Annie loves being at home with the family and seven pets. She is active in the United Methodist Women.
