MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (AP) — A Martinsburg man will spend at least a year in prison for helping to smuggle drugs into the Eastern Regional Jail.

The Journal (http://bit.ly/1icbgP0 ) reports that the 36-year-old Anderson received a one- to five-year sentence on Monday. The sentence will be served consecutive to a two- to 25-year sentence that Anderson is serving for burglary and grand larceny.

Under a plea agreement, four related counts were dismissed.

Anderson was accused of arranging with other individuals to smuggle suboxone into the jail in January 2013.
