Gas prices up a penny in W.Va.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Gasoline prices in West Virginia have increased a penny per gallon in the past week.

AAA East Central says the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gas in the state is $3.27. That's about 26 cents cheaper than the same week a year ago.

This week's prices range from $3.15 per gallon in Parkersburg to about $3.40 in Martinsburg.

Nationally, gas prices average $3.21 per gallon, three cents more than the previous week.
