W.Va. governor's mansion ornament making debut

CHARLESTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — A sure sign of the holidays: First lady Joanne Jaeger Tomblin is introducing the 2013 West Virginia Governor's Mansion holiday ornament.

The first lady will do the honors Thursday at a reception at the Culture Center in Charleston. Tomblin and artist Shelley Goodman will be available to sign cards for people who purchase the ornament.

The 4 p.m. reception to debut the holiday ornament is free and open to the public.
