BUCKHANNON, W.Va. (AP) — An Upshur County grand jury has indicted a man accused of participating in a plot to kill a Buckhannon man.
Thirty-three-year-old Roldofo Villagomez Correa is one of 3 people charged in the alleged plot to kill 29-year-old Joshua Oberg. Oberg's body was found in a shallow grave in a remote area of Upshur County last summer.
The Inter-Mountain (http://bit.ly/1851Q2Z ) reports that the grand jury indicted Correa on murder and conspiracy charges. Correa has been held without bond at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail since he was arrested in July 2012. He's scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Upshur County Circuit Court.
Co-defendants Jesse Lee Heater of Buckhannon and Robert Eugene Siron III of Weston are scheduled to stand trial on murder charges in December.
