CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (AP) — A Kentucky man has been charged with abducting and raping a 14-year-old West Virginia girl he met online, then forcing her to have sex with another man.
State Police charged 22-year-old Ratliff resident Lewis Kelly Dailey in Marion County on Wednesday. He was in the North Central Regional Jail on $2 million bond.
The Exponent-Telegram (http://bit.ly/178qRgo) says Dailey is charged with kidnapping, trafficking a minor, second-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault and conspiracy.
State Police Cpl. S.D. Swiger says Dailey communicated with the girl Sunday and knew she was a minor, but still met her that day in Taylor County.
Swiger says the girl was taken to a Fairmont home and raped. He says Dailey watched while another man raped the girl Tuesday.
It's unclear whether Dailey has an attorney.
