The B&O situation has certainly been a mess from the beginning, but this was not a secret meeting. Well they finally found a way to get it. Secret Squirrel afternoon meeting when nobody knew about it. How about auditing the businesses to be sure they ALL are paying their fair share? As stated by the City Recorder it netted $65000. the last time they done it, about 5 years ago. Maybe an independent audit to have some sort of financials to see where all the money goes? Tax tax tax.... from DC to your local government.
