Amy Witschey grew up in New Martinsville and graduated from Magnolia High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Grove City College. She lives in New Martinsville with her husband, Daniel, and her daughter, Joellen. Her parents are Doris Westfall and the late Raymond Westfall.
