Two Part Social Media Education Series- March 28 & April 6

Mollie Toppe of WVU Extension will speak at these events. Lunch & Learn at noon Tuesday, March 28, in Room 110 at WVNCC, New Martinsville Campus and an Interactive Evening Education from 6-8 pm Thursday April 6, in the Computer Lab at WVNCC New Martinsville Campus.

Basic Social Media for the Small Business or Community Organization- We will explore some basic social media options for your business or organization. This will include different platforms, planning content, exploring paid options, and general tips. Come prepared to share your business’ or organization’s social media, or ask questions to start or improve your social media marketing.

This will be a two part education series. The first part will be the Lunch & Learn at Noon Tuesday March 28, in Rm 110 at WVNCC NM Campus. Lunch will be provided. The second part will be an Interactive Evening Education to build on the Lunch & Learn. The Interactive Evening Education will be on April 8 from 6-8pm at WVNCC New Martinsville Campus. During the second part, you will be hands –on working on your own social media. **Attendance to both events is not required. **

Mollie Toppe is the WVU Extension Agent for Wetzel County. She administers youth development programs such as 4-H and Energy Express, as well as local foods education and the Wetzel County Farmers Market. She is also co-owner of Jennings Brae Bank Farm where she is Chief of Marketing, Social Media, and Weeding.
